The lock is excellent and its quality is excellent and for those who wish to have a professional installation without distorting the outer appearance.
I bought it on Tuesday, I received it on Wednesday week later. Product of excellent quality.
Very happy with my lock, the delivery was very fast, arrived very well packed. The installation was very easy it took a little while because it did not have the proper tools, but it was easier than expected, configuration is very easy, I highly recommend.

Great lock, have had it a month now and came back to write this review. Works fine. Takes a minute to program but thumb print opener and codes work fine. Was hesitant to buy because I didn’t see a lot on line about them. But happy with my purchase.

The smart lock is amazing, but you have to ask which app the lock is connected to. The TTLock app is way better than the Tuya app. if you want to truly experience this amazing smart lock get the one with the TTLock app. Other than that, the customer is second to none. The Connected Shop has assigned locksmiths and the one for NY, Malcolm, is a great professional. I am more than satisfied with everything but the TUYA APP.
